Respiratory Electuary

Herbal honey goodness! This electuary has 3 lung supporting antiviral herbs that are great for working with during a cold or flu. May help with a cough or congestion. Mix 1/2 teaspoon into a cup of hot water (not boiling as to protect the raw honey) and drink as a tea, or lick some off a spoon to coat the throat. This has helped my sore throat many times! There will be debris from the powder, so straining is advised if you want a smoother tea consistency.
